All staff members at Australian HealthCall Group receive information on induction and orientation when they have been successful at interview.
All staff are required to have a current OH&S training, which we can also offer through HealthCall at our offices, before commencing in the workplace.
We require that our clients offer an orientation to their site when a staff member is working at that site for the first time to ensure the safety and security of the staff member.
Facilities clients sites provide information on relevant policies and procedures, safety procedures, orientation and any specific job requirements that are required. This ensures that our staff are working in a safe environment and can perform their duties in a safe and satisfactory manner.
