How to become a Community Worker
There are various ways of becoming a Support Worker . Currently, you are not
required to have a Certificate III to work in the industry. However, the Community 
Care and Disability Support Industry is moving toward greater regulation and training.
HealthCall requires that staff are placed in a work situations where they are confident
of their abilities and able to attend to tasks as required comfortably.
Types of Courses available include:-
- Certificate III in Aged Care
- Certificate IV in Aged Care
- Certificate III in Home and Community Care
- Certificate IV in Home and Community Care
